This is an intermediate door with an aesthetic advantage, designed to fill the gap between the Patio and Palace Doors, with a key operated hook lock and pull handle. This sliding door cannot accommodate double glazing.

 

Quad Seal Sliding Door

 

This is a unique intermediate door which seals four times better than a standard sliding door, resulting in an air and water tight door. This door is ideally suited for residential and light commercial applications, offering an attractive contemporary look. This system does not accommodate double glazing. The newly developed Quad Seal is SANS 613* certified mid-range single-glazed sliding door. This door is a value proposition targeting discerning buyers who require a SANS certified product with specifications between our Patio and Palace Sliding Door. *A SANS 613 certificate covers the mechanical performance of the fenestration, under the designed wind-load with regards to structural deflection, air leakage and water penetration through the product.

Palace Sliding Doors

 

The Palace sliding door is a heavy duty door and is top of the sliding door range, manufactured from heavier aluminium profiles and are an ideal choice for a high quality finish to your house. Standard Palace Sliding Doors feature laminated glass and a key operated hook lock.  These doors can accommodate double glazing multi panel doors in several configurations.

 

 

Hinged Doors

 

Probably the most versatile product in our range, the hinged door comes in all shapes and sizes. Whether you choose single or double doors, mullions, stable doors, glass right through or aluminium only, our hinged doors are high quality doors.

 

Hinged doors feature a lever handle with a key operated latch lock. Opening configurations include opening in or out and double glazing can be accommodated with these doors.

 

Our standard door stiles are manufactured with 60mm stiles and the frame has a drainage cill. 6.38mm PVB Laminated Glass is standard and our doors have an A3 rating as per SANS 613 mechanical performance testing (2000 Pascal). We fit all door panels with three hinges, significantly reducing the occurrence of sagging.

 

Options for our hinged doors are:

• parliament hinges, enabling them to open up 180º,

• a variety of handles,

• a choice of available latch locks,

• Addition of cabin hooks.

 

Special Hinged Doors

 

Special hinged doors are available in several options including stable doors (kitchen door, etc.), louvre doors and external gates.

 

The hinged door design is customized to produce a Stable Door, Louvre Door or External Gate consisting of a combination of glass, louvre blades and solid aluminium cladding (wooden slat simulation).  These doors feature a lever handle with a key operated latch lock.  Opening configurations include in and out opening.  Double glazing can also be accommodated.
